What does My Habits AI do?

My Habits AI helps you build better habits without distractions. It gives tailored tips, tracks your progress, and keeps you motivated using optional AI support - all while respecting your privacy.

Is my data private and secure?

Yes. All your habit data stays on your device unless you choose to back it up or sync it. We never sell your data. If analytics are used, they’re anonymous and only help improve the app.

How does the AI feature work?

The AI assistant gives personalized suggestions based on your chosen goals and habits. It never makes decisions for you and cannot access your private data. It’s there to guide and motivate you.

Do I need a subscription to use the app?

No. All core features are free. Premium unlocks extras like unlimited* AI responses and advanced habit analysis. Most users can track habits effectively without upgrading.

Is “unlimited AI responses" truly unlimited?

Premium AI access is covered by a generous Fair Use Policy to prevent abuse. Normal users won’t hit the limit. If unusual activity is detected, we may temporarily limit usage to keep the service fair for everyone.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Subscriptions are managed via your Apple ID. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Will I lose my data if I cancel Premium?

No. All your data stays on your device. You’ll still have access to free features, but Premium features will be unavailable until you upgrade again.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. My Habits AI works fully offline - perfect for flights, remote areas, or focus mode. You don’t need an internet connection to track your progress.

Are there any ads?

No. My Habits AI is ad-free. You won’t see aggressive pop-ups asking you to upgrade - only gentle reminders if you reach Premium-only limits.
